I purchased a Got Spot Voucher-Now What?

Momentarily you will receive a order confirmation in the email you provided. If you don’t please check your spam folder and make sure you entered your correct email address. Your confirmation contains a link to download your voucher. You may also access your vouchers anytime in your Got Spot account under My Purchases.

We also recommend downloading The Got Spot App to your smart phone to manage/redeem your vouchers easily. Just search The Got Spot in your App Store.

Redeeming Vouchers

When redeeming paper or mobile mobile vouchers the QR Code must be visible and scanable, no exceptions. When choosing to print your voucher click Download prior to printing.

I like the deal – how do I get it?

Just click Buy on the deal page and confirm your order. You will receive email confirmation. If you don’t see it right away check your spam and add deals@thegotspot.com to your address list to ensure you receive your offers.

How can I view my orders?

There is a My Purchases section available where you can view the orders you have placed on our site.

If you gift a voucher without entering the recipient’s email the voucher will be in your My Gifts section.

How can I be notified about your new offers?

You can subscribe on our site to receive our email newsletter. Just click the Mail icon at the bottom of the site and enter your email address. Please add deals@thegotspot.com to your email address list to ensure our offers don’t go to your spam folder.

 

Can I show my voucher from my smartphone/mobile device for redemption 

Yes! As long as your name and voucher QR Code are visible you may display your voucher for redemption. In this case DO NOT Download the voucher. Simply display the Mark as Used check box to the merchant to check.

This cannot be undone and thus should only be utilized by redeeming merchant. The Got Spot is not liable for user error when redeeming vouchers.

 

Individual Offer Fine Print

The fine print of each offer is set by the merchant and is non-negotiable. Please read the fine print before making any purchase as all sales are final. Repeated attempts to violate the terms and conditions set forth of the fine print of Got Spot offers may result in the suspension of the customer’s Got Spot account as well as forfeiture of all Got Spot purchases without notice.

Recurring Billing

The Got Spot does not set up recurring billing. Your Credit Card Info is encrypted and secured and thus The Got Spot is unable to access your info to set up any kind of recurring charges.

 

I had a cisaves account why can’t I log in?

A new Got Spot account is required to make purchases. Please take a minute to register a new account.

Promo Codes

Promo codes are a bonus for already discounted deals and are solely used at the discretion of our customers. The Got Spot is not liable for any promo codes not entered correctly. Any discount promo codes must be entered correctly at the time of purchase-this is based on our agreements with our merchants. Refunds or credits can not be awarded for misused promo codes. Promo codes can not be honored past the listed expiration date. The Got Spot is not liable or responsible for any errors related to the use of a promo code. Promo codes cannot be awarded for discounts towards previous purchases-No Exceptions.

 

If you feel you are having a problem with a promo code please contact customer service prior to purchase. Once purchase is complete contractually we are unable to make changes, provide refunds or credits-No exceptions.

 

Do you share my information with third party companies?

No! We do not and have never sold or shared our customers information with any 3rd party data collection, marketing company, political organization, etc.

I was sent a Got Spot gift. How do I access it.

Easy! Sign up for The Got Spot with the email the gift was sent to. Your voucher will then be available in your account.

Customer Service 

To Contact customer service simply fill out the form at the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. Do Not reply to our deals emails, send regular mail, phone calls, etc as those will not reach customer service.

 We reply to all customer service inquiries via email. If you have not received a response within a couple of business days please check your spam folder. If you still do not find a Got Spot response we didn’t reveive your inquiry. Please re-submit your customer service inquiry at the Customer Service link at the bottom of our homepage.

Return Policy

Returns are judged on a case by case basis unless a business has closed prior to the voucher expiration date. Refunds cannot be provided due to any customer not reading the fine print, description, etc of any offer or the terms and conditions of The Got Spot with no exceptions. As part of our offer model The Got Spot has contractual obligations that must be honored and thus in most cases all sales are final. If you do not understand the terms or conditions of an offer or The Got Spot please inquire with customer service at the Contact Us link at the bottom of any Got Spot page prior to purchase.

Refunds or credits cannot be provided for simply choosing not to utilize or failing to utilize a Got Spot voucher under any circumstances.

In general as long as a business is open and honoring vouchers returns are not possible. If a business is seasonal and noted at the time of purchase vouchers can not be refunded or credited. Vouchers are still good for at least the amount paid for 5 years. If you are not happy with the services or products provided by a merchant The Got Spot bares no responsibility however in certain cases we will take it under advisement when considering future offer. The Got Spot suggests addressing any and all services issues directly with the merchant.

 

Expiration Date

Expired Got Spot vouchers are still good for the amount paid with redemption at the merchant after the expiration date for up to 5 years. Please refer to your local state law for further reference.

Contractually The Got Spot cannot extend expiration dates-No Exceptions 

 

The Got Spot is not responsible for user errors, incorrect contact info, etc.
