By using thegotspot.com in any and all manners you agree to the terms below.
Getsocio, as a service provider, gives permission to its Customers (“you” or “your”) to register the site on Getsocio platform (“Site”).
Got Spot Merchants are solely responsible for any and all liability related to the redemption of The Got Spot Voucher. The Got Spot, as publisher, is only required to deliver the purchased voucher. The Got Spot assumes no liability in the event of injury, death, loss of property, poor service or otherwise related to the redemption of said voucher.
All sales are final.
Referral Bonuses are awarded automatically when a new referred customer correctly follows a referral link provided by an existing Got Spot customer after their first purchase, Bonuses can only be awarded automatically via the program. The Got Spot reserves the right to remove any awarded bonus which appears to be for a duplicate customer account.
Got Spot vouchers are good for the amount paid for five years from date of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring this to the merchant’s attention if necessary. Voucher Expiration in no way negates any offer previous terms and restrictions. Vouchers are not eligible for a refund simply because they are expired.
Ownership of the Platform and Site
Shaded vouchers in customer’s Got Spot account have been redeemed and can no longer be printed or used. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their vouchers within their Got Spot account. The Got Spot considers all Marked as Used vouchers as having been redeemed.
The Got Spot is in no way liable for Customers unintentionally or intentionally digitally marking vouchers as redeemed without having presented the voucher to the merchant.
The Got Spot/Brandon Lewis Media assumes no liability in the event of injury, loss of property or even death related to the use of a Got Spot voucher.
The Merchant for which the voucher is purchased is solely responsible for any and all promised services listed in the offer.
The Got Spot/Brandon Lewis Media & any merchant partners are not liable for user errors.
Access to the Platform and Site
Getsocio reserves the right to deny service or use of the Platform and Site to anyone at any time and for any reason. While we use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform and Site accessible, the Platform and Site may be unavailable from time to time. You understand and agree that there may be interruptions in Getsocio service, Platform and Site access due to circumstances both within our control (e.g., routine maintenance) and outside of our control (e.g., datacenter fault).
Should a Got Spot customer cancel service with a Got Spot merchant or make service impossible for any reason no refund will be provided by The Got Spot or The Got Spot merchant.
Customer Account Management
Got Spot Customers are solely responsible for proper managment of their established Got Spot accounts. The Got Spot is in no way liable for customer errors in email address’, shipping information, passwords, credit card information, first and last names, etc. The Got Spot Is Not Liable if a customer purchases the wrong offer as all sales are final. It is solely up to the purchasing customer to enter and or correct their own information and in no way the responsibility of anyone associated with The Got Spot.
Any users registered via The Got Spot App will be automatically registered to The Got Spot Daily Deal subscriber list.
Customers may print a voucher any time from their Got Spot account or simply redeem mobile vouchers through the Got Spot app. The Got Spot is in no way liable for any printer problems a customer may experience nor can we repair your printer via any service.
Individual Offer Fine Print
The fine print of each offer is set by the merchant and is non-negotiable. Please read the fine print before making any purchase as all sales are final. Repeated attempts to violate the terms and conditions set forth of the fine print of Got Spot offers may result in the suspension of the customer’s Got Spot account as well as forfeiture of all Got Spot purchases without notice.
The Site can be created for personal use only and cannot be created for selling or re-selling (unless such activity is discussed and authorized by Getsocio). Customer is responsible for updating and correcting information on the Site. You understand and agree that Getsocio is not responsible for any incident arising out of, or related to, your Site settings or Site data. You must safeguard your password and supervise the use of your Site. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and settings of your Site. We will assume that anyone using the Site or transacting through your Site is you. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your Site.
Getsocio reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our services, the Site or the Platform.
- Submitting any content to the Site that:
- Violates applicable laws (including but not limited to intellectual property laws, laws relating to rights of privacy and rights of publicity and laws related to defamation);
- Contains viruses or malware;
- Offers unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted, confidential or private information;
- Has the effect of impersonating others;
- Is purposely inaccurate, commits fraud or falsifies information;
- Is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.
- Attempting to do or actually doing any of the following on the Site:
- Adding names and email address to mass emails without consent of the recipient and sending spam to these email address;
- Selling products, deals or services known in advance that these products, deals or services will not be or cannot be delivered and received (including but not limited to situations when Customer tries to sell or actually sells deals, products and services on the Site that do not exist);
- Developing links to sell deals, products and services outside of the Site or offering another way to purchase deals outside of the Site (including but not limited to situations when Customer engages people to purchase deals, products and services that are available on the Site by phone calls, direct visits to the office, etc. instead of purchasing deals, products and services online on the Site);
- Disclosing to public of personal data of users of the Site (including but not limited to selling emails of subscribers to third-party companies, disclosing any other customers personal data);
- Acting illegally or maliciously against the business interests or reputation of The Got Spot, Platform and our services;
- Accessing and setting up of multiple customer accounts by the same individual
- Other fraudulent activity on the Site or against Getsocio, Platform and Getsocio services or The Got Spot
- Submitting false credit card disputes will result in the forefiture of all purchases and your Got Spot account without refund.
- Requesting refunds for redeemed vouchers shall be considered fraud and may result in the suspension of the customer’s account and forfeiture of any purchases and any future refund requests for any reason submitted by an offending customer will be denied.
- Gifted Bonus Vouchers And Referral Bonuses Must Be Sent to a different customer than the originating purchaser.
The Got Spot reserves the right to automatically suspend without notice user accounts when fraudulent activity is suspected and or confirmed and when it may somehow damage The Got Spot’s reputation.
Intentionally redeeming duplicate Got Spot Vocuhers can be considered theft and may result in the suspension of your Got Spot account and prosecution by local authorities. Any and all customer purchases may be forfeited as a result of fraudulent activity. Unauthorized Duplicate Use of Got Spot Vouchers is a violoation of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Missouri, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, District of Colombia and Most State Laws.
Registering multiple accounts under different email address’ by the same user may be considered fraud and will result in the suspension of all accounts and purchases without refund.
Any threats made against The Got Spot, Got Spot Customer Service, Any Employee, Owner, Partner, Contractor, or Merchant Can Result in Suspension Of Services. If deemed serious enough threats will be forwarded to local law enforcement and/or The Got Spot attorneys for criminal or civil proceedings.
Breach of Contract
Any merchant breach or partial breach of any written contract agreed to by with The Got Spot by any confirmed current at the time of signing member of ownership or management of said merchant may result in cancellation of services, withholding of shared revenues, deletion of listings, etc.
Any Merchant Breach Or notice of intent to breach a written agreement with The Got Spot (formerly cisaves) removes any and all responsibilities of The Got Spot under the terms of the written agreement.
Any and all legal fees incurred for breach of contract By The Got Spot (formerly cisaves) for any reason whatsoever shall be the sole responsibility of the merchant.
Merchants are exclusively responsible for any and all liability for all Got Spot vouchers assigned to their business refused by said merchant under written contract.
Any and all disputes will be settled via arbitration in Champaign County Illinois.
The Got Spot (formerly cisaves) reserves the right to begin or end promotional pricing with or without notice at any time.
By using The Got Spot you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
Promo codes are a bonus for already discounted deals and are solely used at the discretion of our customers. The Got Spot is not liable for any promo codes not entered correctly. Any discount promo codes must be entered correctly at the time of purchase-this is based on our agreements with our merchants. Refunds or credits can not be awarded for misused promo codes. Promo codes can not be honored past the listed expiration date. The Got Spot is not liable or responsible for any errors related to the use of a promo code, signal or connectivity issues, etc. Promo codes cannot be awarded for discounts towards previous purchases-No Exceptions.
If you feel you are having a problem with a promo code please contact customer service prior to purchase. Once purchase is complete contractually we are unable to make changes, provide refunds or credits-No exceptions.
Do you share my information with third party companies?
No! We do not and have never sold or shared our customers information with any 3rd party data collection, marketing company, political organization, etc.
I was sent a Got Spot gift. How do I access it.
Easy! Sign up for The Got Spot with the email the gift was sent to. Your voucher will then be available in your account.
To Contact customer service simply fill out the form at the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. Do Not reply to our deals emails, send regular mail, phone calls, etc as those will not reach customer service.
As Long As Stated Merchant is honoring Got Spot vouchers no refund can be issued.
Refunds cannot be provided due to any customer not reading the fine print, description, etc of any offer or the terms and conditions of The Got Spot with no exceptions. As part of our offer model The Got Spot has contractual obligations that must be honored and thus in most cases all sales are final. If you do not understand the terms or conditions of an offer or The Got Spot please inquire with customer service at the Contact Us link at the bottom of any Got Spot page prior to purchase.
Refunds or credits cannot be provided for simply choosing not to utilize or failing to utilize a Got Spot voucher under any circumstances.
In general as long as a business is open and honoring vouchers or at a comparable business, such as a restaurant under the same owneship and same type of cuisine, returns are not possible. If a business is seasonal and noted at the time of purchase vouchers can not be refunded or credited. Vouchers are still good for at least the amount paid for 5 years. If you are not happy with the services or products provided by a merchant The Got Spot bares no responsibility however in certain cases we will take it under advisement when considering future offer. The Got Spot suggests addressing any and all services issues directly with the merchant.
To protect against fraud under no circumstances can an offer utilizing coupon codes or promo codes be refunded-No exceptions.
Hard Card Deals-Any deal involving a physical gift card mailed by The Got Spot or any Got Spot partner via USPS or any other means are 100% non-refundable-No exceptions.
The Got Spot is not liable for lost products shipped via USPS, Fedex, UPS or any other traditional door to door shipping service. If a product is lost or stolen we suggest filing a claim with the shipping company and/or your local police department.
Unused seasonal expired offer vouchers will be valid for the amount paid the following season therefore no refund or credit can be provided.
Any Purchase Made in Relation To any Referral Bonus Cannot Be Refunded Under Any Cicumstances, This Includes Trip Offers. If Purchased In Conjunction With a Trip Offer The 30 Day Return Policy Is Void.
Shipping Costs, If Applicable, are non-refundable. Any shipping costs for returned items are at the expense of the customer.
If Applicable Item Must Be Unused and In It’s Original Packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed in the form of Got Spot credits for the equal amount.
Got Spot Vouchers are Transferable. The customer name on each voucher is for the purpose of trackability and fraud protection, the voucher does not need to be redeemed by the original customer. If you find you cannot utilize a Got Spot voucher you may give or sell your voucher to a friend or family member or via any means you prefer.
The Got Spot is not liable for any problems whatsoever that arise from the sale of a Customer’s Got Spot voucher to a third party.
