I'm not sure what happened, but it's impossible to get ahold of you to schedule anything. AND....our voucher has been marked 'REDEEMED' but we have never actually utilized our gotspot coupon. now I have to figure out how to get my $55 back that it seems this merchant just decided to redeem without me receiving anything for it! VERY UNHAPPY.
